![]() ![]() Make sure you also tell anyone you know with an electric car to avoid this company, maybe then will they actually make a change (though I doubt it). Even if you get a lucky box that works, return it and go with another company, because Enel X deserves no business. If you have made it this far, please just take my advice and avoid this company at all costs. So I would say that this started on April 5, and as of July 5, I have two useless Juicebox's, and Enel X has my $200 dollars. The box connects fine to the internet and the app, but when I plug it in, there is no power. Finally someone figured it out and was sent another unit on June 2Ħ) Got the Juicebox 40 in, measure the cable.18 ft cable lol!ħ) Spoke with the manager again, several weeks later (June 20), they send out another box, I open it, and the cable is the correct length of 25 ft, hot damn!Ĩ) Plug it in, setup up the box with the new (and most terrible) app, plug into my car, and no voltage/current is provided to the car.ĩ) I have called them every 3 days to trouble shoot it and try to reach a manager, and have had no luck. Called them every week to see where the new box was, turns out the order was sent to a warehouse with no employees so the order was lost. The JuiceBox charger is now available in three different power levels: a 32-amp unit which can deliver 7.6 kilowatts of the electric car a 40-amp unit that can deliver 9. Another horror story for EnelX and their terrible JuiceBox 40 product:ġ) Ordered a JuiceBox 40 with 25 ft cable on March 7Ģ) Installed on March 28, the relay got stuck open on April 5, was told I needed a replacement, which costs $200 dollars for a refundable depositģ) Promptly was sent out a new JuiceBox 40 with a 18 ft cable, not 25 ft like I originally purchasedĤ) Called and requested the same product that I purchased with a 25 ft cable on April 11ĥ) 1.5 months pass with no new Juicebox.
